Laser shadow box

Finger-jointed flat pack: an open box (floor W×D, ceiling W×D, back W×H, two sides D×H) plus a mat frame with a rounded outer and a fingered inner cutout the same W×H as the opening—those slot fingers mate the top of the four walls around the front opening. Cut paths are red; optional engrave is filled black in the lower mat border (and you can set sheet layout + font). Cavity W/H/D are the clear inside for your print. Frame overhang is border beyond that opening (per side). Tab depth in the 2D cut equals material thickness. Kerf tightens along-edge fit; finger width is the tooth pitch along the edge.

Engrave (optional)

Text is filled (not outlined), centered in the lower mat border on the frame piece (like a plate label). Portrait rotates the mat 90° on the sheet; tray pieces stay the same.
