Print depth follows the map selection aspect ratio (north–south vs east–west at this latitude) for your chosen width.

Upper limit on total vertical thickness (mm). If true-scale relief would exceed this, heights are scaled down uniformly so the model still fits.

Vertical scaleSmoothing

Light blur on the elevation grid before meshing (0 = none). Does not pull live map street geometry.

Vertical scale is a multiplier on true geographic scale: 1 matches horizontal print scale (mm per meter on the ground); higher values exaggerate peaks. Flat areas stay nearly flat instead of stretching to fill max relief.

Real OpenStreetMap roads and buildings via Overpass. Urban selections print the actual street grid and extruded building footprints (height from OSM tags where available).
